Regional Franchise Sales Director

Real Living is seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader, based in their home office, to help grow our company through franchise sales. This position would develop territories in their assigned market, based on the major DMAs, and sell Real Living real estate franchises to the defined trading areas within each DMA.
We are currently looking for sales leaders in the following territories:
- Northwest US – WA, OR
- Southwest US – AZ, NV
- Northeast US – MA, NY, NJ
- Southeast US – AL, North FL, MS
- Upper Midwest US – IL, WI, MN
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prospecting via phone, direct mail and e-marketing to potential start-up companies and existing real estate brokers looking to partner and brand with Real Living.
- Must meet prospecting and presentation goals on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Presents Real Living offerings to real estate broker owners and broker agents.
- Selling the Real Living brand, technology platform and training & marketing services.
- Work closely with Network Services team to make prospect’s transition to a Network Partner as seamless as possible.
- Developing the agent-centric, consumer-focused Real Living brand throughout the assigned market.
- Work with other departments within Real Living to ensure information and tools/resources are conveyed to Network Partners in a timely manner.
- Weekly travel throughout their market and to the corporate office in Ohio on a scheduled basis – total travel would be 50-75% of the position.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in the real estate or technology industries)
- Comfortable selling and demonstrating a technology platform
- Experience selling software, franchises, and/or real estate services
- Should also have proven experience successfully building relationships
- Be comfortable selling long-term (10 year) agreements over an 8-12 month sales cycle.
- Working knowledge and intermediate expertise in all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to travel up to 75% if necessary.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Consultative sales experience required.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to produce results with very little direct supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
