Builders are represented by Sales People behind the desk. They are a group of very nice people. But remember, these people work for the builder and on the Builders behalf and are not obligated to take your interests into consideration. Make sure you are not buying at the top of the market! That your house is over priced or over improved for the neighborhood before you even move in. Call me before you build!
