Professional Experience
More than 15 years of creative marketing and professional business experience set me apart from other agents. I have research skills and design experience in addition to a knowledge of web and print marketing placement that provide me with the confidence to develop a marketing strategy for your home or condominium that is not like every other sales agent. You can set yourself above the crowd of homes for sale by working with me when it's time to sell.I earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation with a perfect score on the exam after completing coursework from REBAC® (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council) to gain additional negotiation skills for my buyer clientele. This knowledge base also helps my seller clients as well, because I know what buyer agents look for in a home and I can help to make your home a top choice for buyers.
In late 2009, I also received the e-PRO® designation which involved additional coursework and an exam (again I passed with almost a perfect score). This designation is the National Association of Realtors®, recognition that I am an Electronic Professional in real estate.
In March 2010, after completing four additional college credit courses in late 2009 and confirmation that I had sold the required number of homes to qualify to sit for the exam. I passed the Ohio real estate Broker exam and earned the Broker designation.
I was interviewed in February 2008 by Kevin Joy of the Columbus Dispatch for an article relating to First-time buying in the Columbus market. You can read the article here.
I was quoted for the Member Perspectives in the May/June 2009 issue of Columbus Board of Realtors In Contract magazine. Read the story here.
In additon to my real estate practice, I provide adjunct support to other Realtors® by teaching them how to use technology and marketing tools to benefit their business both through individual lessons and group classes at my office.
